Default truck starting hard

for about a month or two i have been having really bad starts on my truck. i takes about 10 to 15 sec to start and when it does i can can cut it off and start it up fine it doesnt get colder that 40 here and i have had it start hard when it was 65 so i dont no what it could be

ok when i was putting my new airdog 150 on the stock return fitting broke so i had to rig it up to the intake part now i didnt close up the broke return peice could this be causeing me to lose prime? it does seem like the fuel is draining back down and has to prime back up. my IP is new so i hope it isnt that.

mine did this for a while and i replaced all the batt. terminals and then it started fine...just something to look into.
