Default New here...

I have a 1998 cummins . It's been running great till yesterday. I started it like always, walked 10 steps away and it died like the "key had been turned off". I still have power to everything and it cranks over just fine. I pulled injector line #1 loose and had the boy turn it over. I am getting fuel. So I'm suspecting fuse / electrical issues ?? Any ideas? Thanks

As stated above, you'll need to crack a few injector lines to test.
Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? Are you sure you're getting adequate fuel to the VP44?

Back finaly

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

I was about to load it up and haul it to shop , believe it or not, I actualy stomped on the Accelerator a few 10-15 times, just because (Knowing this does not a damn thing) as it was turning over, and it actualy lit off ? I drove it to the shop, and had the fuel presure checked out. They said I only had 31 psi and it needs to be approx 50 (I think thats what it was). I have know bought a new in the tank lift pump with the conversion kit , and will loose the old block style one. Hope this is it, I dont trust any of the shops on this stuff.
