Default Misfire?

Occasionally, at stoplights I feel a really random skip here and there, but with no ignition system I am not sure where to start looking. Any tips?

its more than likely a leaky injector (or a few). i have seen a few sets, including mine do that.

Usually low rpm misfires after some miles on vehicle are the injector tips. But another easier to fix proplem is water in the diesel fuel. Water in vapor form = good. Water in liquid form= bad. I ended up putting a fass pump on. "Free" HP (No engine mechanical change) it takes all the water and air out of the fuel. I am amazed at how much water removal- I drain every fuel fill and it is over one quart per tank on interstate in summer. Just think before that it went through the engine. My truck starts way quicker, better mileage, maybe more power, but best of all - easy filter changes. A win win situation. Besides worn tips I think you have water residue. And I almost forgot - in the fuel filter stock on my truck - I never found ANY water. Good luck my friend.

Could also be the VP44 or the APPS. Need to find out if there are any codes.
