Default Can I Stack Chips on my 01 24v

I have an 01 Dodge Cummins 24v. Ive thought about injectors and I want a FASS system but i was wondering what will give me the most horsepower. The FASS system for sure, but do I go with injectors, or stack the chips? Im new to this site so excuse my handicap navigation. Thank you for any input!

Welcome to the Bombers !

Take a deep breath !

Do you have gauges ? Most importantly A Fuel Pressure gauge?

Fill out your signature so we know what you have

Hello there!

So much to do, so little time...

A word of caution, always address the fuel system first on a dodge. This means yes a better pump, better filters and above all a gauge to see what it is doing... Everything else is fun.

Going really big you will want to address your trans but with what you are looking at that won't be an immediate issue unless you run the programmer on high from day one.

Welcome!

I would say a good fuel system (FASS or AirDog) first (cause injection pumps aren't cheap) and then a name brand chip with a monitor to watch EGT's, boost & fuel pressure. JMO!

No reason to stack chips. All the power available is easily attained with a Drag Comp, Edge JWA hot, or Adr.
In most cases stacking looses power and TQ. The TST and Edge EZ are really the only proven stack.

Thank you guys I appreciate it. But I have an 01 cummins,w/ pusher intake, duralite air filter, edge comp box, auto trans, glowshift guages:pyro, boost, egt, 35 inch BF's on eagle alloys, rancho lift. Sorry about the signature, can you help me figure it out? Im 19 and have some diesel mechanic experience, not too much. Just help tear apart and rebuild. Most of the motors are mechanical though. So these computers throw me for a loop. 2 new tractors weve purchased have computers but havent had to tear apart yet. I read up about a boost fueler as well for these trucks? Do they work? Thank you

The Comp has a boost fooler built in if that's what you're talking about

quadzilla makes a boost fooler that goes inline with the chip. it says it makes as much boost as your motor will provide fuel. I was interested because when i go to race someone, I hit hard on the brake and let the turbo build, but when i get over half throttle still sitting in one spot on the preload, the motor cuts out a little and then revs back up and then repeats. Its not a miss. Am I getting too much fuel or not enough fuel, or is my turbo just being stupid?
