I have many many boost leaks, I know all the boots are shot and gonna be upgraded. I am 99% sure that intercooler has a leak in it too right in the middle. I gotta take it out and see. I have not priced any stock or aftermarket coolers yet. But if I do have a crack or hole, is there anything gained by upgrading the intercooler to something aftermarket? Eitehr price or performance?

For what you got in mods I doubt a aftermarket will gain you much. I think the stock Cummins intercooler is a good unit for stock to mildly bomb trucks. With what I got for power I rarely so above 120-130*F IAT temps running on a hot day. But like now with winter here and my winter front on shot I'm luck to see 60-70*F IAT temps now...

So I would say say stock unless there is a good price deal for a aftermarket...
