What trans do you have in it??
I had the same crap and it was the speed sensor on my auto trans
I also went through the intire fule system casus of the P216 Now running an air dog 100 with a Blue chip spechal X pump (best ever made
) bosh 275 RV sticks, and a new APPS this all helped a ton but not all the dead petal problems till a swaped the speed sensors on the trans???
I have a 99 2500
