The CCBB (Crankcase Breather Bottle) is located on the front right of the block when you are facing it. IE drivers side, behind the fan belt, in front of the cover.
What you should do if not relocated or extended is service that bottle every oil change with a remove, drain, inspect, reinstall. This gets old so most guys relocate or extend the hose to some other location and just vent it to the atmosphere. Spending some $$ you can get a relocate kit from Cummins that re-routes the vapours back into the block but this isn't cheap.
