well i had my tranny built last feburary! been doing great since then until this past weekend! its never really shifted hard in gear always been smooth! well if i have my chip turned all the way up and take off, between 1st an 2nd its like it dont wanna shift! kinda hesitates! like slow shift! all other gears r fine, no slipping that i can tell! could the bands be off? idk HELP me thanks kinda bugs me

 

Might be a safety feature to keep from slipping the gears when it shifts. Does it only do it turned all the way up??

 

thats possible? idk seems like it does fine when its on level 5! havent really tried all the other settings yet?

meadows transmission! its in asheville! they said it could handle 600 hp?? but im near 400 id guess havent dynoed it since may of this year and updated the chip, a turbo, an injector pump since then!

 

Did they install an in line filter in the system when they swapped out the tranny sounds like you may have some trash or sticking 1-2 shift valve in the valve body.

 

That im not positiveabout on the in line filter! i dont think so! he said that he has max line pressure, (whatev that means) and min electronics! said i should b able to check the fluid in Park or Neutral so idk! wish it shifted harder also!

after reading that other post mine also has started the lock an unlock about 50! could that make it act funny shifting? jw?

well i have looked into the sun coast rewireing ground! it seems lil odd how to do it! can ya put it in2 easier terms so i dont mess anything up? so all im doing is cutting the black an yellow wire, and taking the 1 from the apps to the ground, and a wire from the ecm to the ground also? idk im lost sry

 

how many miles since you last changed the filter? TV cable could need adjusted
