A friend of mine has an adrenaline chip. He has a 5spd manual and he got a light clutch upgrade (Fiberglass clutch from southbend) and it holds up without slipping on stage 3. All you should need is the flex plate to run it without troubles. I would think that you are going to be fine. Im not very informed on automatic trannys but I know with a flex plate you should be able to hold the power if your close-ish to stock. The torque converter can't hurt of course. Hope it helps. I will try to find out more for you.

I really think it will hold up fine. From what I read it can have gains up to 180 rwhp but it also has software that prevents engine damage so it wont let you damage your truck. Dont quote me on that though thats just what I read. The worst I think will happen is that your tranny will slip but with the upgraded flex plate you should be good.

If you run the ADR1000 tune's you will be fine. If you start running the 2000, 3000, or Beta Tunes its going to be time for a trans upgrade. My stock clutch held the 1000 tunes just fine. Once I turned the fuel up it was all over for my stock clutch.

I think it reads it from the MAP sensor but not 100% sure. Luke of course knows more

When was the last time you had the clutches replaced? That and your input shaft are your weak link at the moment. If the rest of your tranny is stock.
