haha, i had blue paper tags on my jeep when i first bought it but never took it to get real tags. Lucky for me, they faded to red, which just so happened to be the next month's color! Lucky me!

It seems to me that it does not effect our highway diesel trucks . At least as long as what you own is leagal for the year it was bulit.
I cannot find it saying anything it seems it is more for heavy industry and other diesel engines
