Heat soak of the pump has been known to cause it. It could also be caused by your quad/superchips combo. Air in the fuel? Do you have a drawstraw installed?

Not really always the case, These pumps can have some really weird symptoms!
I would lean towards an issue with the draw straw. Were you low on fuel? Do you have the plastic draw straw?

No. I was going to finish installing my gauges before I asked about it on here because I figured the first thing people would ask is what is my fuel pressure looking like. The way you described it is exactly what I would have said my truck is doing.

IAT and MAP sensor could very well be the cause. If your drawstraw is to short, or got any pressure applied on it could be sucking air.

Its happening in mine with a full tank and new fuel filters. I'll look into the sensors.
