You might try a noise filter in the TPS Line, How many miles are on your current tranny?

Like Lucas said try a DTT Noise filter cause it might not be jumping gears its just the Torque Converter Locking and Unlocking.

make sure all grounds are clean and tight.
how old are the batteries?

this is a very commom problem that can often be a simple fix. the DTT noise filter does wonders too.

check the easy stuff first, grounds and batteries!

If you are getting shifts from 3rd the 2nd it's probably more than a noise issue. Most likely, when they flushed the trans, they did it in. It's probably loaded the VB with tons of crap.

Sounds more like a gov solenoid issue to me, but if it's only TC cycling, the DTT noise filter will fix it.

Obviously, you need to be sure the batteries are in good shape, clean all the grounds.

Ive seen a lot of people think there transmission was downshifting when it was only the TC locking.
