will anything bad happen if i run with my cam sensor acting up

thats flippin funny, but really ive got the new one i just cant get the old set screw out and i need to drive to the parts store 10 miles will it make it

i dont know if you will make it or not , ive never had mine go out

 

you should be fine, if the truck will start it will drive the 20 mile round trip...mine went out well it went out then it would come back on for a long time before i decided to replace it...might want to get some PB Blaster when your at the parts store, that sensor is a bitch to get out the o-ring decides to corrode and kind of glue its self to the block
