Bayer auto has done quite a few conversions. I kind of like their 3rd gen excursion looking thing.

Except when you go third gen then you get the tiny bed if you buy a mega cab.
I did see a picture of a megacab that someone bought and had the frame stretched so they could put a long bed on it...and it was the pimp stuff.

i have been wanting to do this as well. i only found 2 places that will do it 1 was bayer and i forget who the other was. i have it writen down at home. i called bayer and they said it will cost about 15k to turn your quad cab truck into a crew cab extended cab....
