power door lock relay location?
OK, my power locks aren't working and I bought the relay at Advance Auto. I can hear it clickin in the dash but can't find it to save my life. I looked in both fuse boxes cuz I knew there were some relays there but no dice. It's looking and sounding like half my damn dash is gonna have to come out just to change this thing. BUT i can't find it, soooooo ANY help would be REALLY appreciated. Pics would be even better. Thanx guys.

There is no relay... Switches go directly to the "Central Timer Modual"
It is located...
"Under the driver side end of the instrument panel inboard of the instrument panel steering column opening. where it is secured with two screws to a stamped steel bracket that is integral to the instrument panel armature"
I can provide diagrams and pics if you like...
I assume this is for your 2001 2500 4x4?
is it VIN 6 or VIN 7??

dont quote me on this but if the relay is clicking then chances are good the relay is fine and not stuck...and since the relay is clicking that means the switch is working to send power to the relay so i would be looking at the motor or whatever operates the locks...and im assuming you did check the fuses right

Id agree of coarse thought that you have a bad ground, bad connection, bad motor, bad module or similar.

Where at is this thing located??
I guess mine can be messed up, my truck is a 2006 Dodge Ram 5.9 and my power locks are not working, not with speed, remote or door control, could you please tell me where to find this part? My fuses are fine, thanks!
