Default fuel problem

I'm in the middle of installing a BD big line kit and holley blue pump because my stock lift pump started acting up. Can I just take the factory lift pump off and run the new line to the filter? If so should I wire the holley to the factory lift pump wiring or wire it to a 12 volt with the key on? Thanks for any help.

first of all, i would relocate the holley blue to the frame away from the motor, second, hook it to your factory lift pump wiring, third run the new line from the holley to the filter.

I am mounting the holley right by the tank on the frame rail. Then go to the filter. Sounds good. They sent me a regulator with the kit. s it a good idea to put it in there after the holley or do I not need it?
Thanks for the help.

Your not going to need the regulator but I do HIGHLY recommend putting a small inline filter in your fuel line BEFORE the Holley Pump. If you don't your Holley will not last very long because it will get junk caught in is screen.

I will. I never gave that a thought. When the money gets better I'm going to put a fass or an airdog on it. Thanks for the help.

Default Airdog 100

I recommend the Airdog 100 when u get the money. Very reliable I never see more than 20psi and no lower than 15psi . Just my .02 cents
