tune up eh?.....well lemme make a list

plugs
wires
cap
rotor
fuel filter
check Fuel Pressure
check belt
check ALL fluids, down to PS and Brake fluid
flush any that you even THINK might not be great
check all suspension front and rear, check/grease u joints and anything with grease zerks
air tires to proper specs and rotate
check exhaust system
check radiator for blockage due to oil overflow bottle, remove and clean if nesc.
drain overflow bottle


Thats only a small list, and if you dont want to, dont worry bout plugs, wires cap and rotor

OMG...

Here is the maintenance list for the 24V cummins...
Maintenance

check ALL fluids, down to PS and Brake fluid
Yeap these 2 fluid tend to be forgotten more times out of ten. If the brake fluid is dark then it need to be completely flushed and changed. Same with power steering fluid flush the system and re-load. Believe it or not the PS system hold close to 2 quarts empty so if your think of a turkey baster give it up...

Now the brakes I would suggest that you disassemble the calipers and clean them out. The water and debris will settle to the bottom and there is no way to bleed that out.

Bleeding setup...


This brake fluid only got 28K miles on it...


What good brake fluid looks like...
