pressure is simply the resistance to flow so the less resistance you have the better the flow is (less pressure)

these numbers that Red put up are just examples that the 24 valve head flows with less resistance than the 12 valver did

yes that is true but You have no idea if the head was flowed at 13" of HG or 29" of hg which makes the numbers somewhat useless for any math calculations.

If you ever wanted to choose a turbo for your truck and actually THINK(I know thats hard) about how well the turbo matches your truck as opposed to "well lets try it and see what happens." then the above # don't help much.

That was not the question,the question was what flows better,24V>12V,that's easy.

what about the CR heads, ive read the 05-07's flow the best out of all the heads?
