Default 2 stroke oil?

what does adding 2 stroke oil do when you add it to your fuel tank? is it healthy for the engine????

Lubricates the fuel system. Burn clean if you use the ashless formula.

only run the ashless stuff. i run it in both of my cummins. love it i felt like it made my motor go through the rpms smoother. do it. i do 1oz to every gallon. some do a gallon to a oz.

Its needs the TCW-3 stamp to be ashless.

If it doesn't come out of the green handle it doesn't go into my fuel supply.

I first read about the 2-stroke trick on DB. So i figured with all of the test and trials I would give it a shot myself ( 1 oz. per gallon ) and I love it. Made engine run smoother, quieter and i have noticed a little more fuel mileage. Go For It!

ok ill give it a go. is there any specific brand or is any fine as long as its ashless?

i use the walmart brand it is cheap and it works it is tcw-3

yeah I use the walmart stuff too. was going to try a oil supply place and see if they had it in 5's any cheaper just to try and save a few bucks.
