Default Frozen window

We just started to get our winter here and I noticed the windows freeze shut in these trucks often. The other day mine made a noise when I went to put it down. Bla bla bla.... Is there something to reattach the glass to the track on the bottom?

Like you pulled the glass out of the rack on the bottom? As far as I knew they were a press-fit...

Could probably get some epoxy and glue it back in.

Never had a truck that the windows didn't freeze up on??? My Chevy likes to freeze closed just about everyday.

Mine too. Usually it's loose after about 5 minutes of heat in the cab.

If 5 minutes is too long, I hit the bottom of the window and the weather stripping with a deice fluid. That's almost instant results.

Wipe the deice fluid off your paint with a cotton towel.

D'Oh! Why not get the high idle setup and get the cab warm in 8-10 minutes...

Then you wouldn't have frozen windows... I've got 18-20*F degree morning here... But I keep my truck in a shop most times plugged in. But if outside I just let the high idle kick in and let the cab warm up...
