Replacing fuel injectors

Replacing fuel injectors
I have a 1999 Dodge 2500 with a 5.9 Cummins deisel. I love it. It has been a work horse for me. Everything is factory stock. It has 230,000 on it now. When I start it in the morning it blows a lot of white smoke then clears up as I drive it. I am a newbe but I am guessing I got at least one injector leaking into the cylinder. I figure it is about time to replace the injectors. I no longer tow and I just drive it as a car. I see injectors advertised as 75 HP, 100 HP, and 150 HP. I would think as the HP goes up the fuel millage goes down. Is that correct. What injectors would you all recommend for the why I now use it?
I appreciate your help.
