I just got a 1999 3500 4x4 5 speed it has a hyd. winch in the rear bumper not hooked up the paper work that came with it say's to hook it up to the power steering pump my question is can I put a PTO on the trans. and hook it up to the winch? It has hydro boost brake system. any thoughts? Lee
