Default Upgrading my fuel system

Hey everyone. I just recently bought a bone stock 2001 24 valve with a 6 speed. Im looking to upgrade the fuel system. Just installed an AFE air intake. Going to put in 100hp or 125hp high flow injectors, with a new fass titanium series lift pump. Do i need to replace the stock vp44 injection pump or should i upgrade it? Id i upgrade it what are some recommendations?

You can keep the VP you have already. I would also get a fuel pressure gauge for it. If you are going to upgrade the injectors also get a egt gauge.

Yea i already planned on gettin a fuel pressure and egt guage as well. I just wasnt sure about the stock VP. Ive heard some stories about the VP failing after upgrading the fuel system.

All you need for all power levels is a standard output VP. Don't waste money on a hot rod VP.

Ahh okay. What would you recommend for injectors/lift pump/turbo and programmer? I was thinkin 100hl/125hp injectors, fass 150 dual lift pump and turbo im still up in the air. I was lookin at bd single b turbo or ats aurora 3000 and i was lookin into Edge Evolution or Edge Juice w/ Attitude

As for the route you are taking I would do this.

Turbo 63/68/14 SXE
Tuner Quad Adrenaline $300-400 cheaper than EJWA
Injectors 7X0.010 or something in that ballpark (0.09 or 0.095) depending on your altitude
Lift Pump FASS 150 GPH
Clutch Southbend or Valair (dual disc)

With that setup should get you in the 500 hp range.
