Tired of my 47re so I picked up a 2wd NV4500 from a parts truck. I know im gonna need a 29 spline for the 241dhd transfer case, 4x4 mainshaft and 4x4 tail housing. 3rd gear synchro is bad too but I was gonna replace all those anyways and looking at a valair clutch kit. i know I need the pedal assembly and im just gonna throw a shift boot over the whole thing cause it doesn't need to look "factory" to me but besides everything listed what else will I need for the swap and does anyone know where I can find a good write up with pictures? there's good write ups out there but one with pictures would really help. Thanks in advance.

 

You will need flywheel bolts, clutch safety switch (if desired), transmission exhaust mount plate (the rubber trans mount bolts to it), and you will need to lengthen/shorten your drivelines
