So I have a dead pedal issue. The lift pump has been replaced, the injection pump has been replaced. Replaced the apps sensor last night. And it is still there. I can push the gas to the floor and it will idle along and then around 2300 rpm take off. I'm running out of options and have no clue what this could be as I have no codes. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

Anyone have any sort of direction they can point me or give help on this??
