Any boost leaks? is the turbo spooling at all?

No boost leaks that i can find and it was spooling fine befor this happened but it won't spool obviously much at all because i can't rev over 1000rpms

OP did you have a fuel pressure gauge on it before installing a fass pump? Problem could start there along with the crank sensor. I would start with the crank sensor and move out from there.
