Default Dodge 3500 won't start warm

I have a Dodge Ram 3500 that starts fine when completely cool, or when hot, that is within 10 minutes of shut off, but is very difficult to start when it is anywhere in between. It almost acts like it is out of fuel, although I know it isn't. Once it is cool, it will start. What is going on?

You have to much fuel pressure while cranking hot. If you let it sit for a minute while trying to hot start it, it will let pressure bleed off and make it easier to crank.
