Best fuel mileage setting w/ edge

I have a 2001 2500 6 speed dodge cummins with the edge comp box. What would be the best setting to run on with-out the pump wire tapped? Thanks.

I always ran mine on #4 setting it seemed to give me the best mpg plus it kept the smoke to a minimum

I run on 5x3 and get 20-22 mpgs.
