Injector questions
I have a 01 cummins 2500, I bought a set of used 100hp injectors for it. Put new copper washers and o rings on them and when installed they lope really bad, shakes the whole truck, runs bad at idle but with higher rpms runs fine, foong from recerse to drive today it stalled out, there is no white smoke and they have full power, but have they gone bad? Next is I have the stock injectors still and they work perfectly fine, could I take the nozzles off the 100hp injectors and use them on my stock ones to achieve the same power? Thanks!

When doing nozzle changes or installing a set of
good used injectors" it is important to have then pop checked by a reputable diesel shop with good equipment. I can't stress that enough it's great insurance!!
There are lots of reasons why that truck could be running ruff now. But I will assume that all maintenance was performed on the fuel system with the greatest of care in regard to clean install and correct fit.
If you are in doubt about your 100 hp set pull them and have them checked it's cheap insurance.
The answer to your other question is as far as I know the Bosch stock injector bodies are all the same on the VP trucks.
( there is some controversy about this subject that has lead to fights from a misunderstanding of stock or modified bodies) you can change the nozzles out with almost any size you want using the stock bodies. Pintel pressure, hydraulics, fuel flow , all play a huge part in the operation of a Injectors assembly. Again be sure to have them pop checked after any maintenance.
Or buy a set of injectors that are from one of the vendors on this site and you will be sure to get a good set of injectors and plenty of tech help if needed.
