Default gas 5.9 to 24v Cummins

Has anyone on here converted their 5.9 gas to a 5.9 cummins? Any pointer will help. I've got the wire harness to the cummins, do I need a different fuse box? I know the brakes have to be swapped, along with the trans and steering pump. will the stock brake lines work? I plan on upgrading the rear diff sometime in the future as well. Will I need a diesel fuel tank, or will this one work if the filler tube is replace? This is my slow project, but I want to know as much as I can before hand. Again, anything will help.

Buy a wrecked 24v. It will make life easier. You will need engine, computers, harnesses. Fuel tank will be fine just remove all gas and clean it before adding diesel fuel.

Cool, thanks! I'm hoping everything is pretty straight forward.

Could I flash the gas PCM to work for the diesel, or do I need a whole new pcm?
