Truck studders only at 1.5 RPM???
I have a 2000 5.9 24v with no performance mods on it and the truck studders only at 1.5 RPM. Excels and idles fine just studders at 1.5 RPM when driving. It did have a power puck on it but I took it off and it seemed fine. Then I reset the APPS because it has no power on the low end now.
Also it has a built tranny.
