2002 2500 just curious what the pressure is on a fuel return line to the fuel tank. Mins rusted. I got 4in section of line after the T on the back of the block. Looking to just run a rubber fuel line from that to the section of good line on the frame rail. Can't afford the new line right now so just a short term fix

 

I doubt you have to worry about high pressure through the return line. If the stock pressure is between, lets say, 15-20 PSI, you can imagine that it will be much less. The inner diaphragm of the vp opens at 14psi to send fuel back to the tank. I think you would be ok putting in a piece of regular fuel line with clamps on either end.
