Default No fourth gear.
I'm a new member looking for some transmission advice. I have a 2000 cummins that won't shift into fourth gear. I was trying to sell my truck now it's messing up.

What mods do you have on your truck? is it manual or auto? When was the last time it was serviced? Are there any codes?
