Nv4500 won't go in 5th or reverse

Nv4500 won't go in 5th or reverse
Hey guys I'm new here. I just put a new southbend clutch in my truck, it's a 99. After getting all done I went to back the truck out of the shop and it would not go into reverse or 5th gear but all others work fine. Shut it off and same thing. Any ideas? Thanks
