This is what the guy emailed me.
As you can see in the pictures there is some damage. The truck does start and move motor sounds good. It is a Florida Certificate of Destruction truck. You would get a bill of sale. Truck cannot be titled in the state of Florida. Thanks

This is the last thing I got from him.
The florida Certificate of Destruction means that the truck cannot ever be titled or driven in the State of florida. It can only be used as parts. You would have to check with your DMV in the state you live in to see what there laws are about C.D. Thanks
