Ok .. Truck is run when i started but have no RPM on my odometer .. Lost of power but still run and drive good ... Used my scanner and the code is ( camshaft position sensor ) .. So just wanted to know if i got a ritgh code or it some thing els to cause the RPM is jump up and down and then not work ( i tried to wash the engine by spraying water in to it ) just wanted to know if it the cause of RPM odometer jump up and down and not working or it because or the bad cam sensor ?
