Default Need help on upgrade

I just bough a 2001 with air dog 100 or 150 I'm not sure ( newbie ) with big line , just put a single stack on a turbo back ... K&N fast air filter ( keep the old intake dutch ) custom made intake elbow ( made from 5 inch stainless steel pipe ). Holset turbo is already there .. Fuel injection pump is remanufacture ( replace by the previous owner ) , i don't know what about the fuel injectors ,rolling on 33 tires , no tuner yet thinking to get cortex superchips next but not sure is it good or not ,can anyone give me ideas what to put or to do next ? I planed to pump the truck up to around from 500 to 700 HP then i'm more than happy

In regards to an electronic power adder, Smarty or an Edge Juice with Attitude or Edge Comp are the best bang for the buck.

so smarty and edge are for the tuners .. but what about fuel injection ? i planed to replace the them with a 200 HP nozzle so that way i can keep the dope for the injection pump or maybe a bigger turbo ... what do you think ?

keep the dope? HUH?

200hp injectors are big for no additional air. You'll get hot really quick without more air. With gauges, a set of 150's will be decent. Just watch the EGT's. As more air is available, up the injectors.

dope is money i mean ... so you taking about 200HP injectors will get the engine hot with low air , but what you think if i go with 200HP injectors and bigger turbo at a same time with gauges there is will be anything better ?

If you can get more air in there you will be better off. otherwise you will look like your spraying for mosquitos.

Not so much engine hot, but kinda The Exhaust gasses will be too hot. You can melt pistons, wreck turbos, and all sorts of damage by being too hot.

Regardless of which set up, 150s or 200s, gauges are a must. Without them, you'll never know if your doing damage or not. The Edge Juice with Attitude has gauges built in, plus you can set it to defuel if things get too hot.

700 hp from a VP truck would be quite an accomplishment without spray.
What tranny do you have?
If you are running an oiled air filter, throw it away as the first upgrade.
