Check Engine Light

Check Engine Light
Alrighty, I decided to get rid of my edge ez plug tuner to save the tranny and traded it for 6 brand new industrial injection injectors. However, when I took it off I couldn't find the dumby plug for the data link. So I left it since I plan on getting a smarty which plugs in the cab anyways. I plugged the map sensor back in all fine. Turned the truck on, check engine light came on. Turned it off, disconnected both battery negatives and let it sit 5 minutes. After that I started it up, no check engine light. I drove about 100 miles highway to meet the guy to trade and came back stopped at walmart. Got in my truck and the check engine light came on. Drove it home and now it's sitting. What should I do?

Update, I took it oreillys and when I started it up no check engine light, took it there anyways just to see if it would throw any codes and there was nothing. Except for my abs because the right front sensor needs saudered up . Was this just the computer clearing itself up from the edge or what?

Got it figured out, check engine light came back today went to oreillys, advanced, and then finally autozone to get the codes read and autozone was the only one who could.. it was the map sensor, which I guess was damaged when I removed the edge ez plug tuner. Got it priced at the dealer, 200 bucks. Local shop, 120 and they're gonna do it tomorrow. Praise God.
