have a 99 dodge 24v I have an electrical gremlin my abs and e brake light comes on while i'm driving they not on when I start the truck just pops up at random times going down the road I started my load testing batteries there good optima red tops only year old so I cleaned battery cables and terminals no change truck it charging fine sits at 14v so I'm not sure what it is if I turn off truck go into store come back out start truck the abs and brake light are off then pops on going down road and help would be great I'm lost

 

Failing abs sensor is my guess. That's what mine did.

You bet. Mine's the rear one, there are ones on the front too I believe. Report back with results.

 

I also had the same problem. I replaced the abs sensor and it didn't work. Finally figured out that the automatic adjusters for the rear drum brakes had failed and my brake shoes were not making contact. Adjusted the brakes and all was good.
