Default Gauge Needle Problems!

Okay everyone, I'm in need of some help. So I just got my new 2001 Cummins, and love the thing. But I decided I wanted to check behind my cluster and see why it wasn't lighting up when I put my headlights on. I removed my needles, and after I put them back, it started reading wrong! My RPMs at idle show above 1K and Speedo reads 50 at stand still. Any ideas on how to fix?? I tried the test mode already

I'd call a calibrater about it or just buy a new cluster.
