Best turbo for a cheap price?

I'm on a budget n wantin to build my 2001 cummins wats the best turbo for a cheap price n wat else can i do to my truck for a good price

Start with a set of boost, Pyro and fuel pressure gauges. Fuel pressure is critical on these VP44 powered trucks.
