Default Truck has no power, need help

So I replaced the vp44 at the beginning of January and put new fuel filter and fuel water separator on this old girl. Well here I am again in the same boat, just put a new airdog on it and it's like she's still starved of fuel. Driving down the road no matter how far down I press the pedal the truck just barley moves. But there will be time especially after it's been goin down the road awhile I'll smash the pedal down and she'll have all the power in the world. Need some help this thing is driving me up a wall
