Recently I replaced injectors, reused the connector tubes put new o rings on them. Now I have a full leak coming out of #4 where the line goes into the head. Anyone ever have this happen before? O ring,connector tube or injector line?

 

How tight did you get it and is the fitting seated right you may have crinkled your tube
