Default Fuel pressure drops after FASS shuts off?

I tried searching but didnt find anything. I just pulled my head and re-did the gasket installed head studs and all that good stuff. Ive had a FASS 95gph for about a year and have not noticed this until just now getting it running today if it has been doing this.

Basically I noticed after the pump shuts off it goes back to zero pressure but while on it stays at about 17. I ran it for about half an hour and it stayed at 17 no problem. There isn't a single leak that I can find and the truck runs great. Any ideas?

Mine does the same thing most pumps are a rotary styler and there isnt a one way valve so i bet it was doing the same thing befor i wouldnt worrie to much about this issue as long as you have good pressure no worries

I can definitely say now that it wasn't like that before hand. Drives fine though
