Default raptor lift pump problem

Hello I have a 99 dodge cummins with a raptor pump. Got cold enough a week ago to gell up. My truck started running tough. I hauled it home changed fuel filter but now my raptor is blowing fuses and sounds very weak compared to befor. I swapped relays and no diff. So is my pump bad?

Your pump can be service and is probably geled inside the gerator sprocket remove the pump and on the bottom take the four allen head screws out remove cover there will be the pump sprocket and the pump gear they should slide out very easy take them clean them being carful not to scratch or damage watch the oring when doing this when reinstaling make SURE it is clean use some good diesel when reasembling and slide the gerator sprocket back on the slide the outer pump gear back on making sure they slide toger nice and easy make sure oring is in groove clean the mateing surface and put it back togather allen heads need to be pretty tight and the reprime and you should be good also if possible blow through the feed line going to the tank to make sure its not clogged ...

The temp is in the 50s now so does gelled fuel unthaw or stay the same consistency once its gelled

Brake cleaner will take all the oil off witch is a bad thing diesel fuel will clean it really well and the pumps come with a oring kit to do this service as well incase the oring gets tore and your welcome

The raptor isnt strong enough to.produce 69 psi i would say get on ebay and buy a glowshift git there 230$ comes with pyro fuel and boost nithing rong with dual redundancy it is crucial to make sure you have fuel pressure to the vp as that is what kills them and depending on where the qaud is plumbed into the fuel system it will either be on the bottom of the filter houseing or on the inlet at the vp witch is the prime location but as i said fuel pressure is critical for vp life bellow 5 psi and you asking for a new vp above 10 psi at W.O.T is best your raptor is set at 17psi and can be raised

And totaly spaced this have you looked in your tank to see if its ok inside cause it also will not pump if gelled in the tank
