Hello Diesel Bombers community,
I have a 2001 dodge Ram 2500 cummins 5.9L auto trans, and am on my third Carter lift pump. I currently have an idiot light installed at the vp44 in place of the shraeder valve. I planning on installing an electric(electronic) fuel pressure gauge inline with the idiot light. I have some questions regarding the sequence installing the placement of the snubber,( and all that follows),which is required of my generation cummins. Can anyone enlighten me as to the proper sequence of these parts. I realize that I must come off the existing banjo adapter and somewhere install a 1/8inch npt and attach the snubber, gauge sensor and light? Any suggestions as to what is needed would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely, dellfiniabs
