Maybe the Stock line is cracked ? its not from #6

Im Heading to Kennys on Monday he has a new return line set up for it ,

This is me washing my hands of it , Kenny will hook me up he has the stuff to build a cummins piece by piece he just dont do anything online , I was out there today he has 6 CTD in his yard , 53 block on 2 of them hes fixing ones a pulling truck from GA and the rest are his

I cant tell where its leaking from

Just get rid of the hard line and put a hose on it. Takes 20 minutes and hose clamps more reliable fittings then the stock connectors anyway.

it goes in to the tee thing and turns to plastic hose then runs to the top of the tank , to replace it all with regular fuel line i would have to drop the tank ,

I poured some radiator Stop leak in the fuel tank , Maybe it will fix it

lol JK

No you don't. Just cut the fittings at the T and the fuel tank unless you know how to get them off the right way, I didn't. Then run the hose from the T to the top of the tank. If you crawl under the truck feet first you can sit up once your under there and get to the top of the tank with it in place. Just put you head up in between the body panels and the frame rails. Plenty of room.

Ok may resort to that , Has anyone ever had Diesel Dripping off there bell housing?

Uncle Bubba 04-17-2008 09:52 PM

yep.:dd: And it's been that Banjo every time. I used the 2 Cycle for several months and every since then i have had to tighten it up avery 5000 miles or so cause it works lose again. That stuff makes some great penetrating fluid. I've used it on several frozen bolts since i figured this out.

I hadda slight leaker...forgot to tighten the banjo on mine after replacing the head gasket...it was just finger tight so another half turn with the wrench and it's ok.
