Default How to remove this nut??

i have one last nut holding in my heater box and i cant seem to get it out because a shallow socket wont reach over the threads and a deep socket hits the back of the valve cover.

a good offset box wrench or take the valve cover off would be my guess.

I mentioned it in your other thread...

take the valve cover off..it's only 5 bolts.

I've had my valve cover on and off so many times it's ridiculous . There's no need to change the valve cover gasket...they are like an ultra duty gasket...they are very durable and can be reused dozens of times. (haven't changed mine yet and it doesn't leak one bit)

Yeah, thats what i was worried about..i didnt want to change the gasket..but i got that nut off but my truck is determined to make this job 4 days long cause the other nut holding the accumulator on is rounded off and cant get vice grips or an extractor socket on it.
