My quadzilla commander monitor for my '02, the screen is starting to go out as are the buttons. The buttons are an easy(ish) repair but the monitor not so sure. Anyone know where you can buy just the monitor? Or are they compatible with the newer screens? Or is it possible to modify a completely different screen, like say an old phone/tablet/laptop? I'm decent with computers but I'm no wizard

Also if I unplug the monitor to do repairs how does the box operate with it unplugged? Does it just run on whatever settings where on the monitor when unplugged?

Buy my parts one off an 06 screen was working fine.

 

There is no sticker on the back of the screen, on the box under the hood, it has model number(for an '02) and the serial number. From what I read the parts are nt interchangeable from the '03-up models. Is that true or just hearsay? All I need is the monitor, the box works great
