one of the big problems with Jammers was that they were not matched very well. 100HP could have 75 and 125HP mixed in. if a 125hp got in cylinder 6 then it would be smokey. Get your injectors from a place that does good quality checks. there are number of them out there.

if not: here are the specs for my injectors that seem to perform very well with a vp44 truck. nozzle type: micro blind SAC hole count: 6 hole size .013 spray angle: 152* pop pressure: 300bar (could also go up to 310bar to help clean it up) lift: none they do haze on a cold motor at idle, however they clean up once its warmed up or hot outside. they run reasonably clean for their size, and very cool egt's with them. also get the same fuel economy I got from my DDP150s. definitely have excellent throttle response, and great power especially under high boost conditions. |
